Apply via screen printing, a foam paint roller or brush to a dry surface.

Build the layers up to create a heavy, thick coat. A simple, thin layer of glow coating will give poor glow and brightness. 2-3 coats is usually sufficient but the more you add the stronger the glow. Once the plastisol is dry, use a clear protective top coat e.g varnish.
